This tunic dress by Shein was an instant fave for me. I have an obsession with tweed and when it's in pretty poppy hues like this then I'm totally smitten (see more tweed looks here/here/here/here). Plus the fringe, y'all!! SO GOOD, right?! It's under $20 too, which is a total score. Pair this pretty dress with boots or flats, or even over a pair of flares or skinny jeans. ;)
