To say we had an unbelievable time at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island would be an understatement. We seriously had such a magical trip -- and I know that sounds cheesy, but honestly it was better than what we had anticipated. The entire staff gave us over-the-top treatment, and it wasn't just "us" that they treated this way. It was evident that every single guest at the hotel was treated with the utmost respect.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and our room really blew us away. We were on the 6th floor overlooking the ocean. Every time we came to our room there was a surprise -- whether it be chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, cookies with the girl's names written on them, or beach toys for the girls. Every moment spent at this hotel was memorable.

The pool was our favorite place to hang. It was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel, and such a nice area to relax and have some fun with your fam. We ventured out to the beach for a little boogie boarding, but ultimately stayed at the pool because it was easier with Bridgett. P.S. I had great footage of us on the beach that I wanted to share with y'all, but sadly it magically erased itself from my phone. :( The hotel had other great activities for children (which we loved), from a Pirate's Toast (you'll see it in our video below), to hunting for shark's teeth on the beach, and the "Fluff-n-Stuff" tent where kids can make their own stuffed animals (this was the girl's fave!).

The food was SO good! From room service, to the beach bar and our fave restaurant on the property, The Coast. Every meal was delicious and the service was impeccable. I had the pleasure of having a spa treatment on our last day and it was absolutely amazing. I had the "Heavenly Escape" treatment and it was just that -- heavenly. It was so nice to take a break from everything and just relax my body and mind.

This was our first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton hotel and we can see why it's such a grand hotel. I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We made such great memories that will last a lifetime and we cannot thank The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island enough for inviting us to visit. It was definitely a highlight to our summer.

If you are visiting the Amelia Island area I highly recommend staying at The Ritz-Carlton. A great place for couples or families. There's something for everyone to enjoy!

I compiled our snapchats and photos into a video below, so you can check out all the high-lights from our stay.
