Autumn Leaves.

Hey dolls! Yes, the title of this post is very literal I know. I have autumn leaves scattered all across this dress. I recently purchased this dress at a thrift store for $7.00, and to be honest I wasn't in love with it at first sight.



But then I held up this vintage dress, and for some reason the "Brady Bunch" look of it, really sold me. I usually despise polyester, but something about this cheesy dress charmed me.



Maybe it was the bright fall colors and the gold rimmed white buttons...or the huge maple leaves...or perhaps the fact that it fit the image of Fall perfectly.



Whatever the reason, it called my name and is now a new addition to the vintage madness that has taken over my humble abode I call my closet.



I will say that it reminded me so much of Florence Henderson as "Carol" on the Brady Bunch, that I had to throw on the army inspired jacket to tone it down. :) Who knows if I will ever wear it again, it was definitely a fashion experiment.
