TGIF dahhlings! :) I couldn't be happier that it's Friday... it's just been one of those weeks...

The title of this post is very fitting, being that my cozy wool wrap is by "Weave O' The Irish." A brand I've never heard of until the day I stumbled upon this number in a thrift store. I had been searching for a poncho slash shawl-like wrap that I could just bundle up in on days when I like to be effortless and comfortable. This puppy definitely kept me warm in today's cold weather. This button-down plaid shirt is an old thrift find, but a goody indeed. It's super soft and the colors just make me smile. :) I'm really loving these new relaxed fit jeans from F21, I had been on the hunt for a bf-like jean style for awhile and these seemed perfect. They're definitely comfortable, and I went a size up for a more relaxed feel to them... but I've found that wearing these bad boys without a belt is going to be tough. They stretched out A LOT in the waist and I have to keep pulling them up... so, a belt will be a must from now on, but overall I like the fit through the leg and the distressed look is exactly what I wanted. And how ah-some is this necklace? I mean really... loves it.

I hope everyone has a great weekend planned! :) Thanks for following and don't forget to check out my giveaways!! xo!

  9. Hi,

The "Weave o the Irish" shawl was most likely made in Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland in a small business that was run by the Doolin family. It employed only 3 machinists, a couple of office staff and a cutter (me in 1988). The woolen clothing business closed down, but the business continues as Porterhouse Limited, but now only manufactures flame retardant curtains and other goods for hospitals and Hotels. You're quite lucky to have come across the garment as they were not made in very large quantities at all.

    Regards from Ireland,

    Robbie
