{blouse + skirt + lucite bangles: vintage; earrings + ring: Forever 21; heels + watch: Michael Kors}
Hello darlings! I'm SO sorry for the delay in posts... I've been on a business trip all week and haven't had the time OR the wireless capability until today! I'm in the wonderful city of New Orleans and the hubby flew in last night so we could spend a fun-filled weekend together! I'll be taking some great photos for the blog, so stay tuned this week for a recap of my trip. For now, I'll leave you with an outfit I wore a month or so ago.... one of my fave vintage skirts: a blue suede pencil number. I'm a sucker for any suede or leather skirt or pair of shorts. Especially when I find them at a thrift store for next to nothing. I'm pretty sure I picked this skirt up for less than $5.00! Here's another outfit I styled with this blue beauty: HERE.
Also, I know it's been a little over a week since the Shabby Apple Dress Giveaway ended, and I do apologize for not mentioning the giveaway winner until today. I've been super swamped and to be honest, as much as I missed blogging this week... it was also nice to have a little time away to clear my mind and not feel like I'm going 100 mph all time {do ya'll feel like that sometimes??}. Anyways, enough blabbing... the winner of the Shabby Apple Dress Giveaway is the lovely Natalie from the blog: Forever The Hostess!! Congrats Natalie and Thanks to Shabby Apple for offering such a fab prize to my lovely readers. Thanks to all who entered, and don't forget to check back regularly for future giveaways!
*If you aren't familiar with Natalie's blog, Forever The Hostess, then you need to be! The girl's blog is a fun mix between yummy recipes, home decor ideas, and unique ways to entertain your house/party guests! Check the girl out! :)
I will try and post again before the weekend ends, but if I don't get around to it, I hope ya'll have a fabulous weekend!! XoXoXo
