Q&A w/ Sparkle Couture Shop Owner, Jen

1.) Please tell us a little about your shop, Sparkle Couture.

Sparkle Couturestarted out as a hobby. I'm a stay at home mom, so I needed a positive outlet. I can't believe how the line has grown, I feel blessed everyday.

2.) You've been designing jewelry for ten years. Has your jewelry design evolved since then?
ha ha....Oh it has evolved A LOT! I wish I had a picture of some of my first creations, they were terrible. You have to start somewhere though.

3.) What inspires you to create your gorgeous pieces?

What inspires me the most has got to be the stones. I'm constantly in awe of all the gorgeous stones out there.

4.) Which piece is your favorite in your shop and which piece is your best seller?

I think I have to agree with my customers. My favorite design and top seller are the gold dipped druzy hoops.

5.) What separates your jewelry shop from others on etsy?

I think what separates my jewelry store and the other fabulous ones on Etsy is me. Everyone is unique and has their own personal style. You must be different to stand out in the jewelry world.

6.) What type of girl do you envision wearing your jewelry?

The type of girl I see wearing my jewelry is confident in herself. She is ageless, adventurous and loves to live life to it's fullest. Whenever I make a new design I wonder where it will go. It still blows me away to think people are wearing my jewelry all around the world.


7.) Who are your top three favorite jewelry designers?

Oh, that's a hard one...My first favorite jewelry designer would be Anthony Nak, their designs are so luxe! My second would be Brooke Russel for Sweet B Jewels, she is brilliant. And last but not least Sarita, her designs are so delicate and feminine.
