I felt like a 50's vixen while wearing this vintage number over the weekend. Love a pencil skirt, especially when it's super long and high-wasited. This skirt is wool, so it will keep me warm through the cold winter months. Love love love this vintage beaded cardi too... it was a thrift find of mine about a year ago and I still can't believe someone would want to get rid of it... it's in pristine condition.
I hope ya'll had a great weekend. The hubby and I decorated our home into a winter wonderland, picked out our Christmas tree, and did a little Christmas shopping. Both of our Birthday's are in the month of Decemeber (hubby's the 2nd and mine the 22nd), so naturally we love this time of year... wish we could keep our Christmas decor up longer ;)
P.S.I want to thank all of ya'll for the compassionate comments and prayers. The hubby and I are staying strong, and feel so blessed to have a support system filled with amazing family and friends. It's nice to know I have made such great friends with all of ya'll, despite our distance and never meeting one another. Your thoughts and comments mean so much.
this outfit is so classic! love it!
