{jumpsuit and ring: Forever21 (old); kimono: thrifted (DIY from a robe); necklace and bracelets: vintage; shoes: Fortress of Inca c/o}
Today's my second look featuring the Penelope Sol platform sandals from Fortress of Inca. This look is casual boho -- very effortless and oh so comfortable. Even though the print of these platforms is aztec/tribal, the colors matched up perfectly with this floral kimono. I've actually never mixed a floral print with an aztec print, but because the aztec print is small and only in my shoes -- it works! I've had this jumpsuit in my closet for five years and I still pull it out every summer. Jumpsuits are that fun trend that keeps coming back year after year. They can be chic, casual, or in this case, bohemian -- it's all about the styling. Quick tip: this kimono jacket I'm wearing was found in the robe/pajama section of a thrift store. Often times robes resemble kimonos because they have big sleeves and hit at the knee. All I did was tie the belt in the back and voila! DIY kimono! ;)
