So, we've finally made it -- it's hump day, and what a sweet day that is! We've survived the dreaded Monday and we're halfway to fabulous Friday! Weeks can sometimes be tough -- so it's always important to make time for yourself and to give yourself some much needed relaxation -- even if it's for 20 minutes. One way I like to unwind is kicking my feet up and sipping on a delicious drink.
