Karen Kane recently sent me a package with some of their fall 2013 pieces, and this dress was included (if you missed my post on their lace dress then check it out HERE). If you follow my blog on the regular then you know I'm a gal that loves a good print, so this dress had me smitten! What I also love about this dress is that it's a sheath. Sheath dresses are not only very comfortable to wear, but they look amazing on every body type! I love how this one has long sleeves, but has thin material so it's the perfect piece to transition from summer to fall. In fact, I will even be donning this dress in the wintertime with a nice vest or utility jacket. This dress hits at the knee, which is where a lot of skirts and dresses are going this season. I love it! Sophisticated and ladylike, but the print gives it some edge!
Another piece that I'm swooning over this fall is this "Victory" bag by Joelle Hawkens. It has amazing leather, studs, tassel zippers, AND it can hold a TON (which is a major plus for a busy Mom like myself). You can wear it on your arm or cross-body! Lucky for ya'll, Joelle Hawkens gifted me a second bag to give away to one of my lucky readers!
