70's Sheer Floral Dress

{vintage dress: Riley Bella Vintage c/o // denim moto jacket: James Jeans c/o // boots: old, love these boots // necklace old // belt: vintage // ring: Samantha Wills c/o // bag: vintage Coach (buy HERE) // bracelets: Blessings in Disguise c/o}

Without a doubt, what I enjoy wearing the most and feel most comfortable in is vintage clothing and accessories. There are so many reasons why I love vintage. The thrill of the hunt. Owning a unique piece that not everyone has. The wonder of who wore the piece last and how they might have styled it. It's more than just wearing a piece of clothing. There's a story behind each piece whether I found it on my own or it was gifted to me.
If you are a long time follower of my blog, then you probably have seen my many collaborations with my fave vintage etsy shop: Riley Bella Vintage. The owner, JoAnn, is a sweet genuine person, and a true friend of mine. She has a knack for finding some true gems and I have enjoyed styling each and every piece she has sent me.
I'm all about prints and color, and if it's from the 70's then I love it even more. I love how glamorous yet effortless the 70's were. The women during that time pulled off style with ease. They didn't have to try to look amazing, they just did. I own quite a few bohemian pieces and I never can get enough of them. They're so fun to dress up or down for day or night.
This dress is a new piece to my collection that the sweet JoAnn sent me. I love the ruffled hem, the sheer fabric, and the ties at the shoulders. It's an easy breezy dress that will work wonders during the summer, but can easily be worn now in the early spring and even into the fall. It all takes a great jacket and a great pair of boots.
Some other vintage pieces that I am drooling over in JoAnn's vintage shop, Riley Bella Vintage are:
Emanuel Ungaro Vintage 1980s Silk Floral High Waisted Pencil Skirt -- Ungaro people!!
1980s Floral Cut Off Denim Shorts -- Floral denim cut offs?! 'Nuff said!
1960s Lavender Floral Straw Slingback Open Toe Heels -- so 'Mad Men' and so fun!
1980's Patchwork Maxi Skirt - so boho and the perfect option for a music festival!
1980's Tropical High Waisted Shorts -- Just ad a crop top and a chic pair of sandals!
