Sleeveless Shirtdress

To officially kick off the first weekend in summer, I thought it was only appropriate to wear a dress that is perfect for summer -- the shirtdress! What makes this dress even better is that it's sleeveless. I love the classic, preppy look of a shirtdress, so I played on that by pairing it with classic accessories -- a vintage Hermès scarf (one of my BEST thrift finds ever), some sleek aviators, and a fab tote! I love tote bags because, not only do they have a classic shape, but they double as a diaper bag. They're open, have enough pockets to organize my stuff, and are really comfortable to carry when I'm carrying my little girl on my hip. A big thanks to Barrington Gifts for sending me this super cute tote engraved with my initials! I love it so much! I went with a neutral gray color (gray is such a good color right now and always), and a fun print that I felt really resonates with my personal style (ikat).
Of course, my look wouldn't be complete without a great pair of shoes (I am such a shoe addict). I wanted to add a little spunk to my classic look, so I went with these denim Miu Miu heels w/ floral accents. These heels are so different from all the other pairs I own, and I love it.
