Cozy Wrap Coat + Giveaway!

The cold weather has finally hit Florida and looks like it's going to be sticking around for a little while, which I couldn't be more excited about. I've always loved dressing for fall and winter, and one of the main reasons is because of all the great coat options. I own too many coats to count, but I love each and every one because they each offer something unique to my closet. Whether it's a texture (tweed, boucle, velvet, etc.), a fur trim, difference in cut or length (cropped, maxi, etc.), or a bold print or color -- it can really make your outfit. Case in point, this amazing wrap coat from Chic Wish. Not only is this baby under $100 (Hallelujah, people!), but it's check print and dark rich hues make it so on trend and perfect for the fall and winter season. Wrap coats are one of my fave types of coats because they're super cozy, AND they happen to work nicely with a growing baby bump. :) This coat can be dressed up or down (I know I say that a lot on the blog, but it's true and super important because you want to get mileage out of the pieces in your closet). Last Saturday I went with a polished, but super comfortable look by pairing it with a soft turtleneck (love turtlenecks!!), a pair of dark denim, and comfy riding boots. I finished off my look with a a pair of fun, double-sided pearl stud earrings (which I am LOVING as of late)! This was the perfect outfit to run errands and play at the park with my girl. I'd even wear this to go shopping or out to lunch. I know this coat will be on heavy rotation this season, it's just too good.
