Hey loves! Today I’m styling another pair of boots from DSW (if you missed my first post you can check it out HERE). DSW always has on-trend styles from great brands, at affordable prices, so I was stoked to be able to work with them again. These boots were an instant fave for me. They’re a bit similar to the first style I featured, with similar strappy detailing, but this style is more of a true ankle boot. Ankle boots are really my go-to boot and I find myself wearing them year round. This style has a nice chunky heel with a bit of height, so I really feel like this pair does a good job of elongating your legs.

In the last post I featured a casual look, so this time around I wanted to dress things up a bit. I took advantage of the 60 degree weather we were having and reached for a vintage skirt without tights (yay!). I love the cut of this skirt (it’s so fun) and the colors remind me of a desert sunset. I paired it with a little cable-knit sweater and a great denim jacket.

I have to say, during my pregnancy I really didn’t feature enough vintage or thrift items on the blog. That’s really my favorite way to dress, mixing my vintage/thrift finds with designer and everyday pieces. Now that I’m getting my body back and I can fit back into my fave vintage duds, you are definitely going to see more looks featuring vintage. It’s like a breath of fresh air because that’s the whole reason I started this blog. I felt like I was losing a bit of myself style-wise the past few months. I’m also looking forward to hitting up some more vintage and thrift shops this year, as last year I really only went a handful of times. I guess you could say I’m having serious thrifting withdrawals -- haha.

How do you like my DSW looks? Do you have a favorite style of boot that you love to wear?
