Cooking With Hello Fresh // Part 2

Our second recipe with Hello Fresh was the Spring Tortellin Gratin w/ Basil Pesto & Asparagus and it was de-licious, y'all. If you missed my initial review of Hello Fresh you can check it out HERE. Hello Fresh is a food service that sends you fresh, ready-to-make delicious recipes straight to your doorstep. The packages contain all the ingredients you'll need to prepare a yummy meal -- and pretty quickly too! This was our second recipe from Hello Fresh and so far both meals took under 40 minutes to make.

As I said in my previous review, I'm a stay-at-home mom and I do happen to enjoy cooking, but sometimes I can barely get it done. Usually I'm juggling a fussy baby while trying to cook and so the less time it takes to prepare a healthy and delicious meal, the better for me.

My husband and I really enjoy cooking together, and Hello Fresh makes it so fun because you have easy to follow recipe cards and all the ingredients you need right at your finger tips. There's nothing more annoying than thinking you have all the ingredients you need and then you start cooking and realize you're missing one key ingredient. Then you have to run back out to the grocery store right in the middle of cooking.

Another thing we really loved about Hello Fresh is that the portion sizes are just right. The box we received contained three two-person meals. However, you can switch to four-person meals with just a click of your mouse. You can also switch from a classic box to a veggie box, and even pause delivery if you're going to be out of town.

I have one more review to share (and it's our fave recipe of the three), so stay tuned for that. In the meantime Hello Fresh is so kind to give all of my readers a chance to try out Hello Fresh on their own. Use code: BELL2 for 2 Free Meals in your first Classic or Veggie 2-person box!
