The fam and I made it to Myrtle Beach, SC yesterday afternoon and let's just say the weather was pretty crummy. Misty/humid air, dark skies, rain in and out. We were lucky to catch a quick break to take some pics before the rain started up again. But enough about the weather, let's talk about this romper, y'all. It's SO fun -- I just love it! The bright bold floral print is perfect for spring and summer, and I love that it's a skort-style romper (looks like a skirt, but actually a pair of shorts). Rompers (like jumpsuits) are effortless and stylish, not to mention comfortable. I love Nikita and Vesper because they carry awesome vintage duds + new and artisan pieces! You might recall my post with Nikita and Vesper last year, where I styled a gorgeous pink embroidered fringe jacket. It was all sorts of amazing.
Since the weather was pretty crummy and because I love to mix styles, I topped the girly spring romper with an edgy faux leather moto jacket. This one by Project Gravitas is so good. Feels and looks like real leather, and I am in love with the ribbed sleeves.
As I finish typing this post, the sun is starting to peek through the clouds. Fingers crossed for a sunny day by the beach. Court cannot wait to swim. She won't stop saying "beach beach beach!" ;)
Perfection!! You're rocking these gladiator sandals and I'm loving the print of your dress. :)
