Once spring hits I can't wait to wear fun dresses and skirts in vibrant colors and bold prints. Of course, my vintage frocks will always take the cake, but that doesn't mean I don't get excited about non-vintage. This "picnic-plaid" dress has a retro feel that reminded me so much of one of my vintage gems.
