Palm Print Sheath Dress

{dress: Maggy London c/o // heels: Zara (similar style) // clutch: vintage (similar here & here) // cuffs: Lisa Stewart Jewelry (w/ my daughter's birthstones and initials!) // sunglasses: Saint Laurent (love the translucent pair here)}

Happy -almost- Friday loves! I cannot wait for the holiday weekend! I have family in town, including one of my brothers that I don't get to see very often, so it's going to be a fun holiday weekend.

I've been on the tropical, palm leaf print train since it first came out -- anyone else with me? I think it's so perfect for summer! Since then I've been adding different variations of the print in my closet (you might recognize these posts here/here/here/here/here/here). I love this dress by Maggy London because it isn't your typical palm leaf print. I love the bright colors that are mixed in, and that it's in a sophisticated silhouette -- the classic sheath dress. The sheath, much like a shift dress, is flattering on a variety of body-types and it's a silhouette that is timeless and never goes out of style. Maggy London always does a great job of mixing trends with classic silhouettes. The quality of her dresses is amazing too. There isn't one that I own that I don't love. Plus, they are all priced reasonably, so your wallet will thank you. ;)

Are you loving the palm leaf print trend as much as I am?
