Craving Fall

{tank: F21 c/o // kimono: vintage (similar styles below!) // denim: cabi c/o // necklace: cabi c/o (sold out, but love this one) // ankle boots: Old Navy (old, similar here and here + more below!) // sunnies: Ray-Ban // bracelet: David Yurman // bag: Spartina449 c/o}

Yesterday the hubs and I dropped Court off at preschool and we ran some errands and grabbed lunch w/ Bridgett. It felt so weird to only have one baby with us, but it was also really quiet and we didn't feel rushed, so it was nice. The weather, however, was not real nice. We're still experiencing 90+ degree weather here in FL, and I am SO over it. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's craving cooler weather -- y'all with me? I'm so ready to rock all of my fall favorites -- these ankle boots included. I've been wanting to style these cute new slim boyfriend jeans from cabi since I first received them over a month ago, but haven't had the right outfit come to mind. That was until I found this old vintage jacket hanging in my closet. I love discovering old vintage faves that are tucked away, hidden from view. It's like finding them in a thrift store all over again. This jacket is definitely one of my faves -- love the color (very fall, no?) and the effortless vibe it has. You can never go wrong with a great pair of jeans, a simple tee or tank, and a kimono jacket. It's easy and comfortable, yet still stylish and put-together.

I've linked to similar ankle boots and kimono jackets below -and- if you're on the hunt for the perfect boyfriend jean I highly recommend this pair from cabi. They hold their shape the entire time of wear (which is a huge plus, no one likes jeans that go baggy after a few hours, I mean c'mon). Love the minimal distressing, the dark wash (perfect for fall), and the slimmer leg. It's relaxed, but definitely not sloppy. Oh, and the back pockets are placed so perfectly that it makes anyone's tush look good! Kudos to cabi for getting it right (again)! ;)
