I'm always a sucker for a matching set and this one with ruffles and rich wine hue was love at first site. One thing I really love is that it's actually a skort, with shorts underneath. It's perfect because this skirt is definitely on the short side. I can't wait to rock this with a leather jacket and over the knee boots for fall.
