Cardinals Style

If you're a long-time follower of my blog then you might remember me mentioning that I was born in Tucson, AZ and lived there until I was 11. Even though I've lived in Tampa Bay (the hubby's a big Bucs fan) I've always rooted for the Arizona Cardinals and so have my parents and brothers. I've styled game-day looks on the blog before and they've ranged from dressy to super casual. I just love the challenge of styling a look for game-day. I'm also loving how cute game-day styles have gotten for women. Gone are the days of wearing an oversized (or super fitted) jersey with cut-off shorts. Now there are so many different styles to choose from. I love a stylish game-day look that involves a dress or skirt, but you've gotta admit that nothing beats the comfort of a great pair of jeans and a hoodie -- especially in the winter time. It's practical, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have to be stylish. The NFL Shop is the perfect destination for all your stylish and must-have NFL gear -- from clothing to tailgate necessities and more! For my game-day look I decided to go for a tomboy vibe by pairing boyfriend jeans with a cute tee. I especially love crew neck, raglan styles of tees. I think it's definitely the vintage lover in me because they have a bit of a retro feel to them. I finished off my look with some comfy (but also stylish) sneakers and the must-have accessory for the winter time: a beanie! Perfect for those bay hair days too -or- if you're in an open stadium and it's raining or snowing.

I'm so stoked that the Arizona Cardinals are 9-2 and are 1st in their division. They clinched the NFC West, so they're on their way to the playoffs! Crossing our fingers that they make it to the Super Bowl!
