Cozy Layers

Winter calls for cozy layers and one of my favorite ways to layer is with a dress and sweater. This sweater dress from Old Navy is the perfect layering piece because it's a thin knit, so it doesn't create a lot of bulk, yet it still keeps me cozy and warm. The midi-length is perfect for colder weather too! I wore this chunkier turtleneck, also from Old Navy, on top for some added warmth. It's in a pretty blush tone and looks great paired with the charcoal color of this dress. I love how this neutral outfit looks like a midi skirt and sweater, but it's actually a dress underneath. If I get too warm I can tie the sweater around my waist -- and since this FL weather keeps playing tricks on us, a girl has to have options! ;)
