One of my fave ways to style a cardigan or blazer in the winter is with a belt -- preferably a rad vintage one! I think the look is super chic and I also love how it cinches the waistline. Another style tip? Try mixing two different styles together, like preppy and edgy. This cardigan and plaid shirt from Old Navy are classic prep, but I've added some edge with some Old Navy distressed denim, Old Navy pointed-toe ankle boots (my faves!) and a studded, western-style belt. If you're ever feeling like your look is a little too polished, I highly recommend adding some edge with some distressed denim, some studded accessories, or a great ankle boot. Of course, some fierce sunnies are always a great way to up the chic factor as well! ;)
