I am such a fan of halter neck-lines. I think it's a neckline that's universally flattering and it's a total 70's throw-back (which, of course, I love). This Tobi dress had me at first glance (and p.s. it's under $100). Lately I've been wearing darker colors, which I know has a lot to do with the cold winter temps, but I've been incorporating pops of color here and there, like pops of pink with today. I finished my look with a moto jacket (my go-to topper for most looks) and my fave western ankle boots. My look is a mix of my fave styles -- 70's chic with a touch of edge!
