The Ultimate Classic With Diamond Foundry

{top: Ann Taylor (old) // blazer: vintage (similar here & here) // denim: F21 (old, similar here & here) // heels: Zara (old, similar here & here) // sunnies: Saint Laurent (also here) // clutch: Laykh c/o // brooch: vintage Chanel // necklace: Diamond Foundry}

I'm all about experimenting with fashion, so you'll always find me styling the latest looks and trends here on Belle de Couture. With that said, you'll also always find me incorporating my favorite classics. A great camel blazer, a good pair of denim, a classy brooch -- the list goes on. I can't speak of classics though without mentioning the ultimate classic piece {and might I add that it's "a girl's best friend"}: diamonds. I never really understood how in depth the diamond process was, until my husband proposed to me. He spent months searching for the perfect diamond. I knew there were different types (cuts, clarity, etc.), but it never really crossed my mind where they came from.

This new diamond pendant necklace is a new fave of mine, and it's style is classic and timeless. It's from Diamond Foundry, an online source for eco-friendly diamonds. Diamond Foundry has completely reimagined the diamond industry with their new way of developing diamonds in an honest and responsible manner. Created in California and founded by M.I.T., Stanford, and Princeton engineers and investors (like Leonardo Dicaprio), Diamond Foundry creates real jewelry-quality diamonds by recreating the fiery hot conditions in which nature forms a diamond. They begin the process with a slice of earth-minded diamond that grows atom by atom under the extreme heat of a plasma akin to the sun. They're able to continuously reuse the original starting material to create hundreds of diamonds. Just like industrially mined diamonds, Diamond Foundry diamonds are unique, but morally pure as well. Their diamonds are created in small batches and are cut to the highest standards by some of the world's best master cutters. They're also inspected and graded by GIA gemologists.

In addition to selling loose diamonds, Diamond Foundry also has an online designer marketplace that features gorgeous pieces by award-winning jewelry designers. Whether you're looking for a diamond rings, engagement rings or other timeless pieces, you will find beautiful, handcrafted jewelry created by designers who are committed to using ethical materials and sustainable sourcing.

Diamond Foundry is the better source to turn to for high quality, beautiful diamonds that are eco-friendly and humane.
