Hey loves! I hope y'all have had a great summer so far. My apologies for the delay in posting. If you follow me on Snapchat and Instagram then you know that my family and I were on a fun little vacay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island last week. We had an awesome time! I'll be sharing my full review on the blog this week, so stay tuned for that.

This was one of my outfits that I wore during our stay. It's so hot and humid in Florida, so during the summer all I want to wear are easy, light-weight pieces like this. I love the embroidery (of course) on this one, and the pretty colors. I let my hair air dry the entire time we stayed there. It was a nice break from heat styling tools, and I embraced my natural waves, even with the frizz. Since I have short hair and bangs, I always braid or twist them back so they're out of my face. Both are cute and easy looks for the summer and are perfect for day and night.

This new bag from Rebecca Minkoff arrived by surprise just days before my trip! I was instantly smitten. It was on my arm my entire trip!
