Silk may seem like a fabric that's only appropriate for the spring and summer, but that's hardly the case. Silk is a great breathable fabric that's perfect for rocking year-round! It's all about choosing colors that work the best for the season you're dressing for. Don't get me wrong, I love me some bright hues (y'all know that from my Instagram), but when I'm dressing for the fall and winter I gravitate more towards rich, bold hues. If I want to rock a floral print, I opt for darker florals rather than lighter versions. Also, a sure-way to transition any of your silk pieces into the fall and winter is to pair them with a good boot (ankle or OTK) and a great blazer or jacket.
