If y'all follow me on Instagram then you might have seen my pics and watched my IG stories covering the amazing weekend I spent on 30A a few weeks back! You may or may not know that I live in Niceville, FL ... which means 30A is right in my backyard... so this vacay was the perfect {and much needed} stay-cation for this girl. Just a warning with this post, y'all .. it's a long one (lots of photos) ... but I had to do give this post the love it deserved. This weekend was unforgettable in some many ways.

The super sweet and generous folks at Live Well 30A and Rent30A put us up for the weekend at the raddest house on the beach. I mean, y'all ... we were right nextdoor to Zac Brown's beach house. Couldn't have been any better.

If you're not familiar with 30A it's somethin' else, 'yall. It's more than just a road in Northwest Florida. It's a beautiful beach community full of gorgeous, white sand beaches ... emerald green water... stunning architecture.. and the cutest shops and delicious eateries. It's the perfect lil destination year-round for a weekend getaway. Ideal for friends, couples, families ... you name it... there's something for everyone.

Live Well 30A is a one-stop shop for all your rental equipment and concierge services -- beach bonfires (the best!), stellar beach weddings (including rehearsal dinners, family get togethers, etc.), and bike & chair rentals (a must when visiting the beach!). Rent30A brings you the best (and the easiest) experience when you're on the hunt for your 30A rental home. And if you're ready to buy a home on 30A, then Live Well Realty has you covered with the best local knowledge.

Our jam-packed, fun-filled weekend started on a Thursday afternoon. There were 8 of us blogger girls in attendance and most of us were traveling from afar. There was Amanda of The Miller Affect, Lynlee of Gal About Town, Dede of Dress Up Buttercup, Kristin of Living in Color Print, Jessica of Happily Hughes, Jami of 30A Streetstyle (one of my local babes!), and our lovely hostess (a local and one of my great gf's) Jessica of Lipstick, Heels & a Baby!

We had awesome straw totes from Kayu that were filled with awesome goodies -- from bath & beauty products, and swimsuits & beach cover-ups, to jewelry & sunglasses! We were spoiled for sure!

After all the girls arrived and were settled we headed to one of my fave spots on 30A -- The Hub -- for some great food & drinks, and some awesome live music (which we had so much fun dancin' to!). This place is great for everyone in your fam. There's 7 restaurants at The Hub to choose from -- how rad is that? And y'all, the food is so good! The atmosphere is my fave though ... so laid back and chill. A wide open space where kids can run a muck and adults can chill and have a great time.

The next day we woke up to a fantastic brunch by the talented (and super funny & sweet) Chef Holbrook of Signature Catering 30A. I seriously cannot remember the exact name of the dishes he prepared for us ... but they were incredible. Honestly one of the best brunches I've ever had. So delicious. He even made us a signature cocktail for the weekend made with watermelon -- so refreshing!

We spent the rest of the day hangin' out on the beach. Laughin' up a storm, swapping blogging stories, snappin' pics ... just a great time with some really fun chicks!

The next morning we headed off to Charlie's Donut Truck in the beautiful Alys Beach -- a must if you are visiting 30A! Ya'll, I had a donut that tasted exactly like a Reese's peanut butter cup -- it was phenom.

Then we were off to lunch at Chiringo in Grayton Beach! The margaritas were off the chain .. and the food was even better! Can we talk about that ice cream sandwich below? So good!

Then we were headed back to the beach house to soak up the sunshine!

The next (and final) morning we headed to brunch at the Sunset Bay Cafe in Sandestin! Y'all, the french toast and the bloody mary's are beyond! P.S. And the view wasn't too shabby either. ;)

  1. My husband and I absolutely love vacationing on the 30A! Our dear friends have a house in Seaside and usually let us borrow it a few times a year and those are always the best vacays!
