Happy Monday dolls! Today I was enthralled with the idea of wearing a vintage, yet classic outfit. Some may call this skirt and shoe combo "Grandma-esque," but I loved the combo as soon as I put it on. I've loved this skirt from the moment I first set eyes on it [at a vintage store 3 years ago]. Pleats are SO in right now, and the print on this skirt is fabulous. I've always worn this skirt as a dress that I would belt at my waist and often times I would pair a vest on top. It's pretty ironic that this is the first time I've actually worn it as a skirt, but I'm liking the change. I'm on the hunt for pleated maxi skirts that hit the floor...preferably in jet black, navy, beige, cream, and gray...I just know there are some waiting for me at a nearby thrift store.
